You are not alone
If you are stressed, lonely, feel deeply, get overwhelmed by your emotions, or feel constant anxiety — you are not alone.
I can help you to understand yourself better, develop more meaningful relationships, challenge old patterns of behaviour that no longer work for you, and move forward to live a happier, more fulfilling life.
Together, we can begin to understand the neurological and environmental factors that have shaped you, how you have developed safety mechanisms and coping strategies to survive, and support you to let go of any that may now be holding you back.
We can examine current situations and relationships that make you feel anxious, emotional, angry, or overwhelmed, and develop understanding of the roots of these feelings and awareness of the behavioural patterns they create.
I can support you to develop goals for the future, and find ways to achieve them. We can explore where you feel stuck, and safely and gradually work to free yourself to make different choices and embrace change.

What to expect in your free initial conversation
This is a brief introduction to each other, for you to tell me a bit about yourself and what has made you look into counselling, and to ask any questions you may have.
I hope it will help if you are feeling anxious about starting the process, and give you an idea of what to expect and whether you feel comfortable talking to me. It's also an opportunity for me to get an idea of what you are looking for from therapy, and whether I might be the right person for you.
There is no pressure or obligation to go ahead and book a first session after this call.
